Introduction:

Poly-p-xylene, also known as Parylene, is a collective term for polymer films with a poly (dimethylphenylene) structure prepared by chemical vapor deposition. It has excellent electrical properties, heat resistance, weather resistance, and chemical stability, mainly including Parylene N, Parylene C, and Parylene D. It is prepared using vacuum pyrolysis gas-phase deposition technology and can be made into extremely thin films. It is mainly used as a thin film and coating, as an electrical insulation medium, protective coating, and encapsulation material for electronic components.


working principle:

The dimer is subjected to high-temperature cracking to generate double free radicals, which are then introduced into the film-forming chamber to condense and rapidly polymerize on the surface of the film-forming object, resulting in a uniform and dense poly (p-xylene) film.
